Labor Prep Workshop
In this workshop we break down all of the movements of the pelvis that you need to have access to for labor. We chat about the different stages of labor and how your pelvis needs to move in each stage to make room for baby. We discuss comfort measures and exercises to help you gain more mobility and stability at the pelvis.
