Strong Foundations (SF) is a 90-day holistic health and strength program that helps you gain energy, sort out your digestion and get stronger using real food and a properly designed training program.

How long is Strong Foundations

12 weeks long.

You get 12 weeks of strength programming, 12 weeks of live coaching calls and a pre-recorded module that drops each week for you to watch on your own time.


What is included inside the weekly modules

Each week you will gain access to a module that teaches you more about how your body works and how to best support it with food, movement and lifestyle habits.

At the end of the 12 weeks you will feel like you have a real grasp on how to shop for food, build your plates and adjust your lifestyle to support optimal hormones, metabolism and digestion.

You will gain energy and get strong.


How many workouts per week?

I program 3 days per week but if that doesn't work for you, you can adjust it to 1 or 2 and you will still get stronger!



How long are the workouts?

To start out a little shorter (around 30 minutes) and later in the program could take anywhere from 45 minutes - an hour. It depends how much rest you need based on the load you are using and how many times you need to watch a demo video.



What equipment do I need for the strength program?

The minimum required equipment is 2 kettlebells. Once you sign up you will get an email about how to pick the bell sizes that are right for you. Some clients end up ordering a heavier bell later in the program as they get super strong!


How are the workouts delivered?

Inside a training app. The workouts will be right there in your calendar in an easy to navigate app. You will see demo videos of me performing each exercise and giving you coaching tips.


When are the live calls?

Thursdays at 10:00AM EST


What if I am in a different time zone than you?

I have worked with people over many different time zones and this time has been able to work pretty nicely for most. If you cannot make the calls live, they are all recorded and uploaded to a member area within 24 hours.



What if I have a question about something in one of the modules or the workouts?

You have access to a group chat with me for 12 weeks and we have our weekly live coaching calls.


How long do I have access to the program?

The live coaching is 12 weeks long but here is some great news! You have lifetime access to the modules and a PDF of the program with clickable video demonstrations for every exercise.



How long before I start seeing results?

This is different for everyone because it depends on so many factors (where you are starting from, how consistent you are with the program, if you are eating/ sleeping enough),

But based on all of the women that have gone through this program before you I can say that if you show up for yourself at least 2 days a week - at the end of 12 weeks you WILL feel stronger and more energized!


How do I know if I am doing the exercises correctly?

I will be coaching you live once every other week!

You can also upload form videos for review once a week inside our group messaging channel.

When you train on your own, each exercise comes with a demo video of me demonstrating and coaching the movement pattern. I talk through common mistakes to look out for and give helpful cues to make sure you get the form right. I always recommend filming yourself so you can watch it back and gain body awareness.
